The Fairfield Police Department reported the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Friday

7:09 a.m. — Information about a missing person/runaway was received.

8:14 a.m. — A person was exhibiting psychiatric behavior in the 200 block of West Lowe.

8:25 a.m. — A hemorrhage was reported in the 400 block of North D.

8:41 a.m. — Police assisted a motorist at Brookville and Grimes.

9:10 a.m. — Police investigated a theft in the 2200 block of Business Highway 34.

9:13 a.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 1600 block of South Main.

9:29 a.m. — A funeral escort was requested at First Baptist Church.

11:25 a.m. — Phone harassment was reported. The subject asked police to keep the peace while she turned in her uniform and key.

11: 41 a.m. — Harassment was reported in the 500 block of North Second.

12:09 p.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 600 block of West Adams. A resident was able to move the truck.

12:40 p.m. — Police investigated an assult-simple in the 900 block of West Harrison.

12:51 p.m. — A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Burlington.

12:54 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 200 block of North Main.

3:54 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at O.B. Nelson Skate Park. Subjects were using a vape machine.

6:17 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Burlington.

7:56 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 3000 block of West Burlington.

8:20 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no passenger-side headlight at Burlington and 16th.

8:42 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no passenger-side taillight in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

9:38 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no passenger-side headlight at Briggs and 28th.

 

Saturday

12:49 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no taillights at Fifth and Depot.

1:40 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a brake light outage at 12th and Jefferson.

1:49 a.m. — Police performed a building check in the 3100 block of West Madison. Everything was OK.

1:50 a.m. — A warrant was served at Jefferson County Jail.

7:43 a.m. — Miscellaneous complaint and service was made in the 100 block of North Court.

8:27 a.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at Seventh and Tyler.

8:28 a.m. — Crossing arm malfunctions were reported at all Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad crossings in Fairfield.

10:43 a.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued in the 800 block of West Harrison.

10:47 a.m. — Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of West Jackson.

11:36 a.m. — Police investigated burglary/breaking and entering at Fourth and Lowe.

1:23 p.m. — Police followed up on an investigation in the 2000 block of South Main.

1:44 p.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

1:54 p.m. — A parking concern was published in the 100 block of North Main.

2:14 p.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at 12th and Broadway.

3:21 p.m. — Police helped a subject push a disabled vehicle off the roadway at Grimes and 16th.

3:50 p.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued in the 2800 block of West Burlington.

4:34 p.m. — A utilities hazard was reported in the 2100 block of Silverlakes.

5:39 p.m. — Police were requested to check on the welfare of a male, who seemed disoriented, in the 100 block of South Main.

6:05 p.m. — A dog complaint was reported in the 900 block of Fairview.

6:48 p.m. — A citation was issued for driving while revoked at Ninth and Grimes.

7:19 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no taillights at Ninth and Burlington.

7:25 p.m. — Extra patrol was requested in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.

8:48 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for failure to obey a stop sign at Madison and Maple.

10:32 p.m. — A business in the 100 block of North Second requested a no-tresspass.

10:36 p.m. — Loud music was reported in the 300 block of West Broadway.

11:57 p.m. — Matthew Gilbert Parra, 30, of Richland, was arrested on North 23rd south of the railroad and charged with driving while revoked.

Sunday

1:06 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for failure to obey a flashing red light at Fourth and the Maharishi University of Management campus.

1:15 a.m. — A disabled vehicle was reported in the 2300 block of West Grimes.

1:51 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a plate light not functioning properly at Main and Wilson.

7:01 a.m. — A deer kill was reported in the 3000 block of West Burlington.

7:38 a.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 200 block of West Jefferson.

10 a.m. — A verbal warning for failure to display registration was issued in the 700 block of West Burlington.

12:11 p.m. — A white terrier dog with no collar was found in the 200 block of North B and taken to the Fairfield Veterinary Clinic. The dog’s owner was located.

12:30 p.m. — A verbal warning for failure to display registration was issued at Main and Buchanan.

1:07 p.m. — Lisa Lea Vannoy, 51, of Bonaparte, was stopped for an obstructed plate in the 1500 block of West Stone and cited for expired registration.

1:18 p.m. — A verbal warning for failure to display registration was issued in the 1900 block of Business 34.

2:28 p.m. — A caller reported a small female child wearing a backpack walking west on the railroad tracks near B Street.

4:31 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 800 block of East Burlington.

5 p.m. — An object was reported in the road on Pleasant Plain Road.

5:48 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Hempstead.

7:01 p.m. — A brush fire was reported near 2237 Highway 34.

7:42 p.m. — A husky puppy was found on the Maharishi University of Management campus and turned over to Fairfield Veterinary Clinic.

9:34 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 200 block of East Briggs.

1:48 a.m. — Bad weather was reported.
