The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Thursday

7:17 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a passenger-side brake light outage at Fourth and Briggs.

8:31 a.m. — Extra patrol was requested in the 50 block of West Broadway.

11:33 a.m. — Vera Rhodes was arrested on two warrants (FTA fraudulent registration/FTA no valid driver’s license) in the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office.

11:57 a.m. — A parking concern was reported in the 500 block of West Harrison.

12:57 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported in the 400 block of East Buchanan.

1:36 p.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 500 block of North C.

2:25 p.m. — An officer attempted to perform a warrant service in the 700 block of South Sixth.

2:43 p.m. — An officer attempted to perform warrant service in the 3000 block of West Adams.

3:05 p.m. — An officer attempted to perform a warrant service in the 1100 block of South B.

3:11 p.m. — An officer attempted to perform a warrant service in the 300 block of Wilson.

3:15 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of North Fourth.

3:39 p.m. — Police assisted a motorist in the 100 block of North Court.

3:42 p.m. — A controlled substance was reported in the 300 block of East Buchanan.

4:57 p.m. — A parking complaint was reported in the 400 block of Merrill.

6:18 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of North Court.

7:22 p.m. — Michael Lee Stephenson, 29, of Ottumwa, was arrested for third-degree theft.

9:38 p.m. — A verbal warning for a non-functioning plate lamp and multiple stickers on the plate was issued at D and Jackson.

11:58 p.m. — John Fralick was arrested for warrants out of Ottumwa in the 800 block of North B.

 

Friday

1:14 a.m. — A booted vehicle was towed from the 100 block of North Main to the Jefferson County Law Center impound lot.

4:18 a.m. — A verbal warning for speeding was issued at Ninth and Burlington.
