Friday
10:59 a.m. — Police investigated vandalism in the 2300 block of Walton Lake Drive.
11:45 a.m. — A hazardous road condition was reported at Grimes and 22nd.
11:46 a.m. — Police spoke with a subject about their ATV in the 800 block of West Depot.
1:43 p.m. — Police investigated vandalism in the 400 block of South 15th.
2:02 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported on South Seventh.
2:03 p.m. — A juvenile male and female were reported playing on the railroad tracks at the B Street crossing.
5: 25 p.m. — A concern about an animal was reported in the 700 block of West Jefferson.
5:36 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 1500 block of West Stone. It was a false alarm.
5:59 p.m. — Theft was reported in the 50 block of North Court.
6:13 p.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.
6:22 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of East Briggs.
6:29 p.m. — A concern about an animal was reported at Fourth and Madison.
6:34 p.m. — A verbal warning for driving the wrong way on a one-way street was issued in the 100 block of North Court.
7:12 p.m. — A verbal warning for improper passenger-side taillight was issued in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
7:20 p.m. — A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Sixth and Jackson.
7:31 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no license plates at D and Burlington.
7:35 p.m. — A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at D and Jackson.
8:18 p.m. — A civil dispute was reported in the 300 block of East Hempstead.
8:40 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 300 block of East Hempstead.
8:59 p.m. — Brock Wierck, 35, of Pleasant Plain, was arrested on a warrant for diving while suspended at B and Adams.
Saturday
12:07 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a passenger-side headlight outage on the south side of the square.
12:20 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no driver-side headlight at 14th and Jefferson.
3:01 a.m. — Subjects were advised of park hours at O.B. Nelson Park.
3:21 a.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 500 block of East Hempstead.
9:50 a.m. — Extra patrol was requested in the 100 block of West Broadway.
11:59 a.m. — Police investigated a breaking and entering in the 1000 block of West Burlington.
12:50 p.m. — Police checked on a vehicle that had its hazard lights on in the 200 block of East Buchanan.
1:03 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a driver-side brake light outage in the 500 block of North B.
1:44 p.m. — Brandon Chase Heisel, 19, of Stockport, was cited for failure to prove security against liability (nonaccident related) at Seventh and Jefferson.
1:45 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for an expired registration sticker n the 2000 block of Brookville Road. The registration was up-to-date, but the driver forgot to put the new sticker on.
3:59 p.m. — Lewis Eliott Weiss, 66, of Fairfield, was cited for operating a non-registered vehicle at Second and Burlington.
5:16 p.m. — A gas drive-off was reported in the 100 block of East Burlington.
6:06 p.m. — Trespassing was reported in the 3000 block of West Grimes.
6:36 p.m. — Police assisted a motorist in unlocking a vehicle.
9:47 p.m. — A barking dog was reported in the 100 block of West Madison.
10:33 p.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at Ninth and Burlington.
10:39 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a passenger-side headlight outage in the 200 block of North Ninth.
Sunday
12:15 a.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at Fourth and Jefferson.
2:38 a.m. — A verbal warning for no taillights was issued at Ninth and Broadway. The driver was cited for no valid driver’s license.
6:45 a.m. — A crossing arm malfunction was reported at the Ninth Street railroad crossing.
11:21 a.m. — Police investigated destruction/damage/vandalism of property in the 200 block of East Hempstead.
11:55 a.m. — Police investigated the theft of a motor vehicle in the 200 block of East Harrison.
12:24 p.m. — Bad weather was reported.
1:06 p.m. — A vehicle stolen in Van Buren County was located in the 200 block of East Pierce.
2:13 p.m. — Police checked the Winfrey’s Storage building. The building was cleared.
2:29 p.m. — Trespassing was reported in the 500 block of East Buchanan.
5:28 p.m. — A concern about an animal was reported in the 800 block of Grand Park Drive.
6:28 p.m. — Disturbing the peace was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.
