The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Thursday

1:35 a.m. — Police checked the Fairfield High School building.

4:22 a.m. — Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in the 2200 block of West Tyler.

4:54 a.m. — Police checked Buchanan apartments.

7:17 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Whitham Woods for trying to pass a motorcycle at 32nd and Burlington.

8:56 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Second and Kirkwood for speed.

1:07 p.m. — Police investigated a runaway reported missing since April 6.

2:27 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Main and Kirkwood for speed.

2:31 p.m. — Police attempted to locate a missing person/runaway at Fairfield High School.

2:34 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Main and Kirkwood for speed.

3:21 p.m. — Police assisted ambulance EMTs at Washington Elementary School.

3:50 p.m. — A dangerous driver was reported at D and Washington.

5:56 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2900 block of West Adams.

5:57 p.m. — Police investigated a theft in the 2200 block of West Grimes.

6 p.m. — A parking concern at D and Wilson was reported. A car obstructed a stop sign.

7:21 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Adams for a traffic violation.

8:07 p.m. — A civil dispute was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan. The caller reported he paid for a pack of cigarettes and the offender refused to give them to him.

8:54 p.m. — Loud music was reported at 12th and Burlington.

11:10 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of West Kirkwood.
