The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged into Dispatch:

 

Monday

6:48 a.m. — Suspicious behavior was reported in the 2800 block of West Grimes.

7:37 a.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 1900 block of West Burlington. Everything was OK.

9:21 a.m. — A parking complaint was reported in the 1101 block of West Adams Court.

9:31 a.m. — A funeral escort was requested.

12:36 p.m. — A wallet was returned to its owner in the 100 block of East Burlington.

12:44 p.m. — A parking concern on Wilson Boulevard was reported. The owner moved.

1:13 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported at Second and Monroe.

1:43 p.m. — Police walked through Maharishi School.

2 p.m. — A municipal infraction for expired registration was issued at Madison and C.

2:27 p.m. — Police walked through Fairfield High School.

3:19 p.m. — Traffic violations were reported in the 3000 block of West Grimes.

3:45 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported at Wilson and Main.

3:45 p.m. — A property damage accident was investigated at Wilson and Main. Drivers exchanged information and a state accident report was completed. Anjie Michelle Lightly, 47, was arrested on unrelated Fairfield Police Department warrant for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful possession of prescription drug.

3:51 p.m. — Burglary was investigated in the 500 block of North Eighth.

5:33 p.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 900 block of East Jefferson.

6:10 p.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 400 block of East Kirkwood.

6:22 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 200 block of North Main.

7:01 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in 300 block of 22nd.

8:19 p.m. — A loud noise in the 300 block of North C was reported.

9:29 p.m. — An animal concern was reported in the 800 block of North Eighth.

11:43 p.m. — Will Lee Brown, 55, of Ottumwa, was cited for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied on Highway 1, Exit 212, southbound.

 

Tuesday

2:02 a.m. — A building check was performed at Fairfield Golf & Country Club.

5:45 a.m. — An animal concern was reported at Sixth and Briggs.

7:56 a.m. — Police walked through Pence Elementary School.

8:13 a.m. — Police walked through Fairfield Middle School.

10:01 a.m. — A verbal warning for failure to obtain an Iowa driver’s license was issued at Madison and Court. The driver was valid through California.

11:13 a.m. — A complaint about a dog in the 800 block of West Tyler was received.

11:57 a.m. — Police performed a warrant service in the 800 block of Grand Park. The subject was unable to be located.

12:54 p.m. — A verbal warning for registration tag was issued at Burlington and Fourth.

1:04 p.m. — Police walked through the Hideaway Beer Garden and Pub.

1:37 p.m. — A missing person was located in the alley in the 400 block of West Stone. The subject was OK.

1:48 p.m. — A call about a dog in the 600 block of North Main was received.

2:27 p.m. — Identity theft was reported in the 2000 block of Libertyville Road.

3:44 p.m. — Police walked through Jefferson County Health Center.

3:55 p.m. — A parking complaint in the 400 block of West Broadway was received.

4:27 p.m. — Kyle Tramontana, 24, of Fairfield, was arrested for driving while license under suspension at Fourth and Washington. A verbal warning was issued for a traffic violation.

5:40 p.m. — A hazardous road condition was reported at Maple and Adams.

6:57 p.m. — Lines were reported down in the intersection of D and Broadway. Windstream and the city streets department were contacted. Police stood by until city street crews arrived.

7:32 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at the men’s dome on the Maharishi University of Management campus.

8:54 p.m. — Vandalism was reported in the 800 block of South Maple.

9:37 p.m. — Dylan Skylar McClure, 24, of Fairfield, was cited for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied in the 700 block of West Burlington.

9:43 p.m. — Offenses against family were reported in the 1100 block of South Fifth. A welfare check was requested.

11:12 p.m. — Subjects were advised of the hours at O.B. Nelson Park.

11:22 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.
