The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Wednesday

2:18 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 1000 block of West Burlington for no brake lights.

3:01 p.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 800 block of West Burlington.

3:09 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Adams for no license plates.

4:33 p.m. — A dangerous driver was reported in the 500 block of Hillside Drive.

5:22 p.m. — An animal concern was reported at Briggs and Fourth.

5:27 p.m. — Police investigated a theft in the 1900 block of West Stone.

5:45 p.m. — Police assisted with adult probation.

5:50 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 2200 block of West Grimes for a traffic violation.

8:05 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 50 block of North Main. The keyholder had set off the alarm. Everything was OK.

8:52 p.m. — Police assisted the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office.

9:15 p.m. — A person with a possible mental problem was reported in the 100 block of North Morgan.

10:25 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Main and Southgate for a broken head light.

10:47 p.m. — Police advised visitors of park hours at Waterworks Park.

11:28 p.m. — Police signed for a dog at Veterinary Clinic PC. The dog was found on the square.

11:43 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

 

Thursday

12:05 a.m. — Police advised visitors of park hours at Lamson Woods.

1:09 a.m. — Police assisted the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office.

2:41 a.m. — Police assisted the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office.

4:47 a.m. — Loud music was reported in the 1100 block of West Adams Court.
