The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Tuesday

1:59 a.m. — Suspicious activity was seen in the alley north of Madison Avenue. Everything was OK.

5:15 a.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 2000 block of South Main.

7:22 a.m. — Police investigated the theft of a motor vehicle in the 500 block of East Lowe.

8:11 a.m. — Police walked through Fairfield Middle School.

8:39 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Seventh and Harrison for running a stop sign.

8:55 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Burlington for running a stop sign.

12:51 p.m. — Emerson Rose Bowman, 19, of Fairfield, was cited at Ninth and Adams for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied and failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related).

1:41 p.m. — A civil dispute was reported in the 500 block of West Depot.

2:04 p.m. — A citizen requested a building check at Pence Elementary School.

3:30 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Fifth and Jackson for running a stop sign.

3:42 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 400 block of South Court as the juvenile driver was suspended.

5:20 p.m. — Antonio Lavell Thomas, 37, of Fairfield, was cited at Seventh and Monroe for failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related) and driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

5:42 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at C and Grimes for a traffic violation.

6:30 p.m. — Police signed for a dog at Veterinary Clinic PC.

7:11 p.m. — A dog bite was reported by Jefferson County Health Center.

7:18 p.m. — A parking concern was reported on Fairview Drive near Pence Elementary School.

7:47 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Main and Burlington for no back plate.

8:15 p.m. — Police responded to a dog call at Veterinary Clinic PC.

10:58 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Burlington for a traffic violation.
