The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at dispatch:

 

Wednesday

8:26 a.m. — Stolen property was reported in the 2200 block of Walton Lake Drive.

10:02 a.m. — An abandoned vehicle was reported at Kum & Go.

11:21 a.m. — Police performed a welfare check at Fairfield Public Library.

12:09 p.m.. — A gas leak was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.

12:46 p.m. — Trespassing was reported at Lantern Park Apartments.

12:47 p.m. Ottumwa Police Department reported a missing person runaway.

2:03 p.m. — A civil dispute was reported at Lantern Park Apartments.

2:14 p.m. — Vandalism was reported at Winfrey Storage.

3 p.m. — Police assisted a motorist at Madison and Main.

3:19 p.m. — A misdialed 911 call was received.

3:25 p.m. — A fire was reported at Easy Wash Laundry in the 400 block of South Burlington.

3:55 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported.

4:07 p.m. — Harassment was reported at Fairfield High School.

5:02 p.m. — A utilities hazard was reported in the 300 block of West Washington.

6:06 p.m. — Juvenile issues were reported in the 600 block of East Pierce.

7:09 p.m. — A traffic accident was reported at Second and Adams.

7:33 p.m. — Police performed a welfare check in the 200 block of East Pierce.

9:41 p.m. — Assistance was provided at Family Video.

10:21 p.m. — Loud music was reported in the 900 block of West Harrison.

10:51 p.m. — Ottumwa Police Department advised of a missing person.

11:35 p.m. — Larceny theft was reported in the 600 block of South Sixth.

 

Thursday

1:55 a.m. — Ian Connor Frederic, 19, of Fairfield, was citied at 16th and Grimes for operating a non-registered vehicle.

4:04 a.m. — Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on a traffic stop on Old Highway 34 near Whitham Woods.
