POLICE

The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch

 

Saturday

11:17 a.m. — A utilities hazard was reported in the 500 block of West Burlington.

1:25 p.m. — Police checked on the welfare of a motorist at Burlington and Sixth.

1:31 p.m. — A verbal warning for passing on the right was issued at Fifth and Burlington.

1:55 p.m. — A verbal warning about suspension was issued at Briggs and 20th.

2:11 p.m. — Ricardo Coronado, 25, of Fairfield was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense in the 100 block of North 16th.

2:24 p.m. — A female lab mix with a blue collar was found in the 300 block of South 33rd. The dog was taken to the Fairfield Veterinary Clinic.

2:24 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of South 16th.

2:51 p.m. — A hazardous road condition was reported at 11th and Burlington.

3:01 p.m. — Police assisted the sheriff’s office in the 100 block of East Main in Richland.

3:11 p.m. — Police investigated at the Fairfield Park and Recreation Department.

3:11 p.m. — A misdialed 911 call was received.

6:44 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported at Main and Buchanan.

7:14 p.m. — A verbal warning for no license plate light was issued in the 400 block of Highland.

7:42 p.m. — Jeremy David Littlejohn, 39, of Fairfield, was cited for failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related) at Sixth and Jefferson. A verbal warning also was issued for no driver-side headlight.

8:17 p.m. — Police investigated a theft from the Roosevelt Community Recreation Center locker rooms.

8:18 p.m. — A complaint was received about parking at D and Fillmore.

9:39 p.m. — Joshua Raye Brown, 33, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 600 block of Jackson and charged with driving under suspension.

10:28 p.m. — A misdialed 911 call was received.

 

Sunday

12:01 a.m. — Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 1200 block of West Burlington.

1:21 a.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a driver-side brake light outage in the 1500 block of West Burlington.

1:40 a.m. — Disturbing the peace was reported in the 100 block of North Court.

2:30 a.m.-- A misdialed 911 call was received.

2:56 a.m. — Bad weather was reported.

4:31 a.m. — A verbal warning for operating without headlights was issued at Burlington and Ninth.

8:15 a.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at Main and Adams.

9:11 a.m. — A verbal warning for failure to stop was issued at Seventh and Jackson.

9:20 a.m. — A misdialed 911 call was received.

9:57 a.m. — A vehicle accident was reported at Highway 34 Exit 210.

10:01 a.m. — A vehicle went into the median due to ice at Highway 34 Exit 214.

10:06 a.m. — A vehicle went into the median due to ice at Highway 34 Exit 214.

10:10 a.m. — A vehicle went into the median due to ice at Highway 34 Exit 214.

1:24 p.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at 28th and Grimes.

1:41 p.m. — Police removed an object in the road in the 1200 block of Libertyville Road.

2:07 p.m. — Police performed a welfare check in the 1000 block of West Hempstead.

3:01 p.m. — An assault was reported in the 300 block of East Buchanan.

3:26 p.m. — Bad weather was reported.

5:16 p.m. — An accident was reported in the 1200 block of Walton Road.

5:48 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle.

6:20 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 1600 block of West Burlington.

6:45 p.m. — A burglary was reported in the 500 block of West Burlington.

7:25 p.m. — Bad weather was reported.

8:47 p.m. — Police assisted the sheriff’s office in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

9:10 p.m. — Police assisted with a disabled vehicle in the 600 block of West Jackson.

9:19 p.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 1900 block of West Gear.

9:44 p.m. — A misdialed 911 call was received.

 

Monday

2:15 a.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.

4:05 a.m. — A complaint was received of loud music in the 1100 block of West Adams Court.
