The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

 

Police

Friday

11:39 a.m. — Robert Roy Rainville, 21, of 700 W. Washington Ave. was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.

11:57 a.m. — Officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run at Hy-Vee Food and Drugstore on Burlington Avenue.

5:33 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic disturbance near The Pizza Ranch on Burlington Avenue.

7:26 p.m. — Timothy Chavez, 19, of Fairfield was cited for expired registration.

 

Saturday

11:15 a.m. — Orschlen Farm & Home Supply on Burlington Avenue advised of a theft at the store.

12:11 p.m. — Officers signed for a St. Bernard that was found on South Main Street.

1:39 p.m. — A cellphone was recovered at Orschlens on Burlington Avenue.

4:41 p.m. — A hit-and-run occurred in the Hy-Vee Food and Drugstore parking lot on Burlington Avenue.

5:51 p.m. — True Value on Burlington Avenue advised of a possible theft.

7:03 p.m. — Maria Keshaun Swinscoe, 20, of Douds was cited for failure to prove security against liability insurance — accident related.

 

Sunday

12:36 p.m. — Joseph Cicchini, 28, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, first offense. He struck the side of the Kum & Go Convenience Store building on Burlington Avenue.

5:38 p.m. — A citizen advised of criminal mischief in the 600 block of West Jackson Avenue.

 

Monday

1:52 a.m. — Best Western Fairfield Inn advised of suspicious activity.

3:16 a.m. — Nicole Moret McElroy, 42, was cited for failure to transfer a title.

8 a.m. — Megan Marie Ethier, 24, was cited for operating without registration.

9:50 a.m. — Brandon Daugherty, 35, of Fairfield was arrested on forgery charges.

3:39 p.m. — Tyler Watson, 25, of Fairfield was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft.

 

Sheriff

Saturday

2:19 a.m. — Benjamin Lee Giberson, 19, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated, first-offense, and for possession of alcohol under the legal age of 21.
