The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

 

Wednesday

8:56 a.m. – A citizen advised of a theft at Fairfield High School.

1:26 p.m. – A citizen advised of a theft in the 1000 block of South Third Street.

1:58 p.m. – A citizen advised of a theft in the 400 block of Hempstead Avenue.

4:21 p.m. – Officers investigated an incident of disorderly conduct in the 600 block of West Monroe Avenue.

5:35 p.m. – A citizen advised of harassment in the 400 block of South Fourth Street.

6:20 p.m. – A citizen advised of harassment in the 600 block of West Adams Avenue.

 

Thursday

7:05 a.m. – Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store advised of a suspicious vehicle that had pop cans in it. Hy-Vee believed that the items were taken from the store.

8 a.m. – Casey’s General Store on Libertyville Road advised of a gas drive off.

9:19 a.m. – Young House Family Services advised of an out-of-control juvenile subject.

10:39 a.m. – A citizen advised of a theft where mail was opened in the 300 block of West Briggs Avenue.

11 a.m. – A subject advised that a bag and a cell phone were taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of West Fillmore Avenue.

11:46 a.m. – A citizen advised of a burglary that occurred on Walton Road.

2:47 p.m. – An officer advised of a bicycle theft in the 200 block of East Pierce Avenue.

3:40 p.m. – Casey’s General Store on Libertyville Road advised of a theft.

4:34 p.m. – A citizen advised of vandalism in the 300 block of North C Street.

11:50 p.m. – Russel Wayne Talmage, 21, of Abilene, Texas, was cited for failure to have a valid driver’s license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.

 

Friday

12:23 a.m. – A citizen advised that a male subject with a slanted forehead and bushy eyebrows was fishing in his private pond. Officers checked the area and the areas near the trail and were unable to locate the subject.
