The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

 

Sunday

4:29 p.m. – A citizen advised of a dangerous driver headed north on Highway 1.

5:19 p.m. – A citizen advised of a disturbance at Leisure Living Estates on North 28th Street.

6:55 p.m. – A theft occurred at Dollar General on Burlington Avenue.

8:42 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at the Dairy Bar on Burlington Avenue.

 

Monday

2:16 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 900 block of South Main Street.

2:30 a.m. – Officers responded to a disturbance of the peace in the 200 block of North Hempstead Avenue.

7:19 a.m. – Kum & Go Gas Station and Convenience Store on West Burlington Avenue reported a counterfeit $20 received during the weekend.

8:05 a.m. – Cory Alexander was cited for driving under suspension.

8:43 a.m. – A citizen advised of vandalism in the 100 block of East Broadway Avenue.

9:54 a.m. – A citizen advised of a theft in Fairfield.

10:34 a.m. – A citizen advised of harassment in the 2000 block of West Adams Avenue.

2:49 p.m. – Courtney Carey was arrested on warrants for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.

7:13 p.m. – A citizen advised of suspicious activity in the 200 block of West Briggs Avenue.

7:59 p.m. – Officers responded to a dog bite report in the 700 block of West Washington Avenue.

8:47 p.m. – Officers kept the peace during a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of West Harrison Avenue.

 

Tuesday

7:52 a.m. – Andrew Fielder was cited for speeding.

8:09 a.m. – Officers responded to a minor traffic accident in the 1600 block of Southview Circle.

9:14 a.m. – Officers recovered a bicycle that had been reported stolen.

9:23 a.m. – A citizen advised of a possible theft in the 500 block of East Washington Avenue.

9:47 a.m. – A citizen advised of criminal mischief.

10:40 a.m. – A citizen advised of a theft at CALU Apartments on West Briggs Avenue.

11:10 a.m. – Officers are investigating the theft of a black car dolly that was taken sometime within the last two weeks.

12:27 p.m. – Officers responded to a minor traffic accident at Highway 34 and Dewberry Avenue west of Fairfield.

2:08 p.m. – Officers assisted the Fairfield Fire Department on a fire call at Wagon Wheel Senior Housing, 208 S. Court St.

2:47 p.m. – Truitt Baxter was arrested for failure to appear.

4:08 p.m. – A citizen advised of suspicious activity in the 200 block of East Hempstead Avenue.

5:42 p.m. – Riverside Family Restaurant III on Burlington Avenue advised of theft.

7:47 p.m. – A minor traffic accident involving a single vehicle occurred at 23rd Street and Stone Avenue.
