The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:



2:16 a.m. – Justin Stahl, 23, of Douds was arrested for aiding and abetting and for trespassing.

6:49 a.m. – A citizen advised of harassment in the 800 block of West Burlington Avenue.

8:23 a.m. – A citizen advised of vandalism in the 100 block of Glasgow Road.

8:48 a.m. – SunnyBrook Living Care Center advised of a theft. The victim declined prosecution.

10:17 a.m. – A citizen advised of theft in the 200 block of South 15th Street.

11:30 a.m. – A citizen at the Roosevelt Community Recreation Center reported that $160 and a knife had been taken from his locker in the locker room. The victim failed to lock the locker.

2:49 p.m. – Police are investigating a water theft in the 900 block of West Hempstead Avenue.

3:17 p.m. – Richard Heckethorn was arrested for third-degree theft.

4:07 p.m. – MidWestOne Bank on Burlington Avenue reported receiving counterfeit money.

5:08 p.m. – A citizen advised of harassment on West Grimes Avenue.



12:25 a.m. – A citizen reported suspicious activity in the 100 block of South Court Street.

12:45 a.m. – Officers assisted Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the 2000 block of West Hills Drive.

10:01 a.m. – A citizen advised of theft in the 400 block of North Main Street.

10:03 a.m. – A burglary occurred at 51 E. Lowe Ave., Apt. 2.
