The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:



8:46 a.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North Court Street.

9:15 a.m. -- Stephen Regan, 35, of Fairfield was arrested on an active Henry County warrant.

9:21 a.m. -- A citizen advised of suspicious activity.

10:18 a.m. -- Fraud was reported at Leisure Living Estates.

11:25 a.m. -- A missing juevenile was reported in the 900 block of West Hempstead Avenue.

2:02 p.m. -- A caller advised of suspicous activity outside her residence.

2:37 p.m. -- A citizen advised of harrassment at Walmart. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone.

7:38 p.m. -- A burglary was reported in the 900 block of West Harrison Avenue.



1:26 a.m. -- An officer checked on a suspicious person at Fairfield High School.

2:50 a.m. -- Officers responded to a disturbance of the peace report near the Lincoln School on Fourth Street.

7:50 a.m. -- Officers responded to a report of a subject shooting off fireworks after hours at Logan Point Apartments.

10:04 a.m. -- A caller advised of a racing bike that sped past her near Cedar Creek bottom in Fairfield. Officers were unable to locate the rider.



8:09 a.m. -- Earl Blair was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

9:21 a.m. -- A citizen advised of a dog that attacked him and bit his dog in the 700 block of Highland Avenue.

12:15 p.m. -- Adam James Schafter, 33, of Van Buren County was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

4:55 p.m. -- A citizen advised of theft in the 200 block of West Jefferson Avenue.

5:20 p.m. -- A caller advised that his house had been broken into. Missing items included: a state quarter set, $12 in quarters, and a power sheer used to cut sheet metal. He told police that the garage lock appeared to have been busted off.

The caller wanted a record of the incident, but he did not wish to press charges.

7:05 p.m. -- Three cell phones were taken from the Maharishi University of Management outdoor pool. They were all recovered and returned to their owners.

11:10 p.m. -- Jacob Lambert was arrested on two out-of-county warrants. Officers checked his property during the arrest and found a small amount of marijuana. He was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana, third-offence.
