The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

 

Monday

8:34 a.m. — A burglary occurred in the 800 block of West Lowe Avenue.

10:05 a.m. — Cody Champ, 34, was arrested on a warrant for violating probation.

11:19 a.m. — The Golden Dome Market and Cafe on the Maharishi University of Management Campus advised of a burglary.

1:41 p.m. — Sydney Shay Fisher, 26, of Batavia was cited for failure to maintain or use safety belts.

2:07 p.m. — Police broke up a verbal argument that occurred in the 400 block of West Lowe Avenue.

5:03 p.m. — Mark Tollenaar, 27, was arrested for fourth-degree theft.

9 p.m. — Maharishi University of Management campus security advised that a male subject with black hair and shorts was behaving as if he planned to jump the fence to the motor pool. Officers checked the area.

9:26 p.m. — A citizen advised of suspicious activity in the 1100 block of South Seventh Street.

 

Tuesday

10:10 a.m. — A citizen advised of vandalism in the 500 block of South Sixth Street in Fairfield.

4:09 p.m. — Kolt Levi Carlson, 20, was cited for excessive speed and for driving while suspended.

8 p.m. — Police served a no-tresspass order for Hy-Vee Food and Drugstore on Burlington Avenue on Aaron Shaw and Jessica Hartman.

8:47 p.m. — A citizen advised of a theft in the 500 block of South E Street.
