The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

 

Friday

10:03 a.m. — A caller advised that he was being harassed by a semi truck that followed him. He said that the semi was flashing its lights, honking its horn and riding his bumper. The caller did not have a license plate number, however, he described the semi as red with a flat bed.

2:41 p.m. — Spencer Drish was arrested on two warrants for violating probation.

8:51 p.m. — A citizen advised of suspicious activity in the 300 block of West Adams Avenue.

 

Saturday

10:10 a.m. — Joseph Keith Haynes II was cited for failure to maintain or use safety belts.

3:22 p.m. — A caller requested that an officer go to her home to ensure that her ex-boyfriend was not outside of her house. The caller told officers that the subject had been harassing her by knocking on her windows, and that he won’t leave her alone. The subject had been at the home earlier that day.

9:15 p.m. — A citizen advised of suspicious activity between 10th Street and Carpenter Avenue.

 

Sunday

5:15 a.m. — A citizen advised that someone was throwing eggs at vehicles between Fourth Street and Adams Avenue.

4:28 p.m. — Hy-Vee Gas on West Burlington Avenue reported a male subject who was panhandling. The subject filled up a gas can put it in his van and then took out another empty gas can. The subject was leaving as officers arrived.
