The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Friday

7:38 a.m. — Police walked through Fairfield Middle School.

8:27 a.m. — Police walked through Pence Elementary School.

8:41 a.m. — Police walked through Washington Elementary School.

8:52 a.m. — Police walked through Fairfield High School.

9:15 a.m. — Cranston Family Funeral Home requested a funeral escort.

9:24 a.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 3000 block of West Madison.

10:16 a.m. — Police investigated fraud in the 1900 block of West Burlington.

10:17 a.m. — A verbal warning for failure to provide financial liability was issued at 20th and Jefferson.

12:59 p.m. — Jennifer Bliss Dooley, 38, of Fairfield was cited for operating a non-registered vehicle at Kirkwood and Main.

1:31 p.m. — Police investigated a burglary in the 1000 block of Guild Drive.

1:45 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 1200 block of West Burlington.

2:29 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe.

3:23 p.m. — Police investigated a burglary in the 1000 block of North Fourth.

7:10 p.m. — Several reports were received of a vehicle on fire in the 400 block of East Adams.

 

Saturday

3 a.m. — Police investigated an attempted burglary in the 500 block of North Fourth.

7:45 a.m. — James Andrew Cook Jr., 42, of Fairfield, was cited for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied and operating a non-registered vehicle in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.

A verbal warning was issued for speeding through a light that was turning red at Second and Merrill.

12:59 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of West Adams.

1:58 p.m. — Police investigated at Pence Elementary School.

4:08 p.m. — Illegal burning in a barrel on Depot between Third and Fourth streets was reported.

4:29 p.m. — Subjects wanted an individual trespassed from the Monroe Apartments and were advised the trespass would be up to the property owner.

6:23 p.m. — A parking complaint was reported at D and Grimes.

8:10 p.m. — Dylan Patrick Gridley, 21, of Fairfield, was cited for excessive speed at Third and Burlington.

 

Sunday

1:20 a.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.

1:53 a.m. — A vehicle was stopped at Adams and Second and a verbal warning was issued for a headlight outage.

6:27 a.m. — Harassment was reported in the 500 block of East Adams.

7:40 a.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.

8:38 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North Court.

1:47 p.m. — Theft was investigated in the 400 block of South Main.

4:14 p.m. — A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued at Eighth and Deport.

5:27 p.m. — Sex offenses were reported in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

5:30 p.m. — Extra patrol was requested in the 1000 block of West Hampstead.

6:04 p.m. — Police checked a building in the 700 block of South Seventh.

8:43 p.m. — A verbal warning for a traffic violation was issued in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

9:10 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 700 block of West Burlington.
