Richland library wraps up summer reading program

Jul 23, 2013

RICHLAND — Richland Public Library will wrap up its summer reading program with an End of Summer Party from 4:30-5:30 p.m. July 30.

The party will include snacks, games, prizes, stories and more.

July 30 will be the last day to turn in reading logs and spend “library dollars.”

The program is geared for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Preschool children can attend if accompanied by an adult caregiver.

The Richland library will show a family movie rated G or PG and provide a snack from 3-4:45 p.m. Friday. The movie is for family members of all ages, but an adult caretaker must accompany children younger than 6.

This will be the final movie of the summer.

Call the library at 319-456-6541 for additional information.
