Leadoff hitter Madelyn Baker went 3-4 with a home run and two doubles. Baker scored twice and drove in three runs. She now leads the team in RBIs with eight on the season.

Freshman Kaylee Linder went 3-3, stole four bases and scored three times.

Cassidy Tolle went 2-4 with a triple, a home run and two RBI. Tiana Slaney and Bridget Fritchen both drove in two runs as well. Nikole Arendt and Sloan Reighard both had one hit, scored two runs and had one RBI.

After starting the year 0-3, the Panthers (5-5) have won five of their last seven contests. Pekin travels to Mediapolis for a Southeast Iowa Super Conference matchup Thursday.
